Is the free trial really free?
Yes — 100% free. No credit card needed. You get 2 full classes with a qualified teacher at no cost. There is no automatic billing, no subscription that starts in the background, and no hidden charges. The free trial is exactly what it says.
Who are the teachers?
All teachers are certified graduates of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, with Ijazah in Quran recitation. Both male and female teachers are available — when you book, you can request a preference. Most teachers speak fluent English alongside Arabic.
What ages do you teach?
We teach students from age 4 to adults. Classes are tailored to each age group with age-appropriate methods — playful and patient with young children, structured and goal-oriented with teens and adults.
How long is each class?
Each trial class is 30 minutes on Zoom. Regular classes after the trial can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes based on your preference and the student’s age.
What do I need to start?
Just a device with internet and Zoom installed (free download). We provide all learning materials, including digital Quran resources. Zoom works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
What if I don’t continue after the trial?
No problem at all. There is zero obligation. The trial is genuinely free so you can make an informed decision. If you decide not to continue, just let us know — or simply don’t reply. We won’t follow up beyond one short message.
Can I sit in with my child during the trial?
Yes, absolutely. Many parents do — especially for younger children. You’re welcome on the call from start to finish, no questions asked. After the trial, you can choose to keep sitting in or step back as your child gets comfortable. Whatever works for your family.
What if my child is shy or doesn’t speak Arabic?
That’s completely normal — most of our students start that way. Our teachers are trained to work with shy children and absolute beginners. The first class is gentle, conversational, and adjusts to your child’s pace. There is no embarrassment — only encouragement.
What if the teacher isn’t a good fit?
You can request a different teacher at any time, no fee. After the free trial, if you feel the match isn’t right, just message us on WhatsApp — we’ll match you with a different Al-Azhar teacher right away. Most families find the right teacher in their first match, but the door stays open in case yours doesn’t.
What time zones can you teach in?
We schedule across all major time zones — UK, USA (Eastern, Central, Pacific), Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and more. Class times are 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. When you book, we match you with a teacher whose availability fits your schedule.
Will my child’s information be safe?
