What Happens After You Book
Here is exactly what to expect — no surprises:
Within 24 hours: We review your form and match you with a teacher based on the student’s age, level, goals, and your teacher preference (male or female). We confirm by email and WhatsApp.
Your first class (30 minutes):
- You (or your child) meet the teacher on Zoom
- The teacher assesses the current level through a friendly conversation and short reading test
- They explain what a learning plan would look like for you
- You can ask any questions
- If you are a parent, you are welcome to sit in the entire time
Your second class (30 minutes):
- A real teaching session so you can experience what regular classes feel like
- The teacher introduces new material at the appropriate level
- You get a taste of the teaching style, pace, and interaction
After the trial:
- Your teacher sends you a brief assessment with their recommended course and pace
- We send you our pricing options
- You decide — with zero pressure
- If you do not want to continue, that is completely fine. We will never contact you repeatedly or push you

Is the trial really free?
Yes. Two full 30-minute classes with a qualified teacher. No credit card required. No hidden fees. No automatic billing. You only pay if you choose to continue after the trial.
How quickly can we start?
Most trials are confirmed within 24 hours of booking. If you need an urgent start, mention it in the form and we will do our best to schedule your trial within the same day.
Can I book a trial for more than one child?
Yes. Each child gets their own 2 free trial classes with their own teacher. Fill in one form per child, or list all children in the message field and we will sort the rest.
What if we do not like the teacher?
That is completely fine. Teacher-student fit matters. If the match does not feel right, tell us and we will offer a different teacher for your second trial class — no questions asked and no offence taken.
What do we need for the trial?
A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera, microphone, and Zoom installed. A quiet space helps. That is all. We provide everything else.
What happens if we do not want to continue after the trial?
Nothing. We will not chase you with calls or emails. We may send one follow-up email to share your teacher’s assessment and pricing information. If you are not interested, just let us know (or do not respond) and that is the end of it.
