Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use Our Services
Our services are open to anyone who wants to learn Quran, Arabic, or Islamic Studies. However:
- Adults (18+): You may sign up and use our services directly.
- Children and teens (under 18): A parent or legal guardian must create the account, agree to these Terms, and provide all personal information on the child’s behalf.
- Young children (under 13): A parent or legal guardian must be the account holder. We strongly recommend that a parent or guardian is present (or nearby) during live classes for children under 10.
By signing up a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have legal authority to do so and accepts full responsibility for the child’s use of our services.
3. Free Trial Classes
We offer 2 free trial classes to all new students. Here is how the trial works:
- The trial is free with no payment required upfront.
- During the trial, we assess the student’s current level and match them with a suitable teacher.
- The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. You must actively choose a plan to continue.
- We will never charge you without your clear consent.
- Each student is entitled to one free trial. We reserve the right to decline repeated trial requests from the same person.
4. Enrolment and Class Plans
4a. Choosing a plan
After your free trial, you can choose a class plan from our pricing page. Plans vary by the number of classes per week and session length.
