The second incident relates to Muslim women who began to migrate from Mecca to Medina after the Hudaybiyah truce agreement between Muslims and infidels of Quraish when a problem arose regarding whether Muslim women had to be accepted or to be returned to Quraish as well as Muslim men according to the conditions of the agreement.
